The grapes for this Single Vineyard Riesling were hand-picked before being gently pressed.
Aged in French oak barriques for 14 months, this wine exhibits dark plum, cherry and vanilla pod aromas.
All shoot and bunch thinning is carried out by hand to ensure the grapes ripen evenly. This Pinot Noir exhibits aromas of boysenberries, cherries and appealing summer notes.

Carefully managed and handpicked on 16th April 2012 at 24.3 Brix, the wine opens with rich, opulent flavours of quince, peach and pears as they burst on the palate.
Released Ocotber 2011 this cuvee has been lees aged for two years at disgorging.
