HAWKE'S BAY
Hawkes Ridge Pinot Noir was handpicked then aged in predominantly French oak barrels for 10 months.
This is Hawkes Ridge's first Syrah. It was hand tended and picked, gently fermented then aged in predominantly French barrels for 16 months.
Deep, rich red colour with aromas of black cherry, candied spice and vanilla.
Hawkes Ridge Viognier was partially fermented and has aromas of melon and candied orange peel with a hint of caramel.
